At Walter Rane Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fine art purchase. If your print arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the print back into its original protective tube or flat packaging to ensure it is not creased or damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement print within 5-7 business days.
